This particular extension of propulsion of "UFO" craft falls both within the branches of Electrogravitic Propulsion (EG) and Inertial Propulsion (IP) systems, although I place the emphasis upon the EG side because the effect is most pronounced in elements with a disproportionately sized nucleus, and the electric stimulated EG propulsion effect (not lifter tech, not Meissner effect) is similarly more pronounced in those elements.

My friend Matt shared this, apparently it is the 10th night in a row that the viewers have seen this:

Interesting, 10 nigts in a row. I wish they talked more about flight characteristics. If it was capable of the high-speed, hard angle manuevers accreditted to other sightings, we would immediatly classify this as an electrogravitic craft.

With no report on flight characteristics (speed, maneuvering performed) we are forced to accept magnetohydrodynamic, electrostatic and some elecrtromagnetic drive systems in our list of possible craft.

Since they didn't report movement as part of what was so unusual, it can't be more definitively identified.

The fact that it keeps occurring at relatively near the same time each day implies the probability of a back-yard inventor, one with a steady day job, who is testing it out after work each day.

Would've loved some description on its movement!

Texas UFOs. The Cascade Mountain range of Washington State. Mexico city. Peru. Virtually every major UFO hotspot that has entered the internet mainstream and the television media all have one thing in common: video, photo and eyewitness testimony of flying objects doing amazing things in the sky.

There exists in the mind the drive to find answers to life's mysteries. It is a completely natural function of the brain to work at finding answers to an unknown. Sometimes the mind will accept an illogical conclusion based on lack of information rather than accept a vacuum. In some instances, information can be used to the advantage of those who have it over those who do not.

UFO sightings are no different.

The tendency to rush to judgment on powerful emotional feelings tied to actually seeing these objects is a phenomena in itself, as the most likely explanation given is "it was extraterrestrial!". And why not come to that conclusion! These UFOs fly around our airplanes, helicopters, even our spacecraft and other known flying objects. ET pilots are a logical conclusion under the circumstances, in spite of the best critics attempts to say otherwise. But only because of a lack of knowledge of the greater picture.

Ancient texts considered "religious" are filled with tales of interaction with "those from Heaven sent". These can reasonably be viewed as records of a highly advanced race of beings and their interaction and possible creation or manipulation of the human species, a race obviously less technologically advanced at that time. See the Temple of Ea in Sumeria (now Iraq) as an example (Where else do you see a creator god making the race of man in a beaker, associated with the double helix, in ancient stone reliefs?).

In modern times, we can see clear evidence that this is a possible explanation in what's become known as "cargo cult" mentality. The following is extracted from Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cargo_cult ):

The most widely known period of cargo cult activity, however, was in the years during and after World War II. First the Japanese arrived with a great deal of unknown equipment and later member countries of the Allies also used the islands in the same way. The vast amounts of war matériel that were airdropped onto these islands during the Pacific campaign against the Empire of Japan necessarily meant drastic changes to the lifestyle of the islanders, many of whom had never seen Westerners or Japanese before. Manufactured clothing, medicine, canned food, tents, weapons, and other useful goods arrived in vast quantities to equip soldiers. Some of it was shared with the islanders who were their guides and hosts. With the end of the war the airbases were abandoned, and "cargo" was no longer being dropped.

In attempts to get cargo to fall by parachute or land in planes or ships again, islanders imitated the same practices they had seen the soldiers, sailors, and airmen use. They carved headphones from wood and wore them while sitting in fabricated control towers. They waved the landing signals while standing on the runways. They lit signal fires and torches to light up runways and lighthouses. The cult members thought that the foreigners had some special connection to the deities and ancestors of the natives, who were the only beings powerful enough to produce such riches.

In a form of sympathetic magic, many built life-size replicas of airplanes out of straw and created new military-style landing strips, hoping to attract more airplanes. Ultimately, although these practices did not bring about the return of the airplanes that brought such marvelous cargo during the war, they did have the effect of eradicating the most of the religious practices that had existed prior to the war.

Over the last seventy-five years most cargo cults have disappeared. Yet, the John Frum cult is still active on the island of Tanna, Vanuatu.

If we can for a brief moment set aside all theories of who the pilots of today's UFO craft are, we can then focus on the actual flying objects themselves. Some have done this. Many in the study of UFOs and their technology choose to focus on power and propulsion systems rather than the speculation about the UFO phenomenon.

Yet, even with that brief moment of suspending all preconceived ideas about modern UFOs, there still exists the presumption that only humans with advanced degrees in the highest levels of physics and engineering working in top secret, or extraterrestrials are can build these craft. That groundless presumption is proving to be a major obstacle to overcome and shows humanity as a whole is gripped in "cargo cult" mentality over this technology.

The simple principles upon which UFOs fly is a known concept, but it is not often spoken of in physics.

The hundred years of UFO patents unearthed and published show a repetition of the same craft being built upon the same principle patented [erroneously] again and again. The principles are not difficult to understand.

In our opinion, until people become aware that UFO craft and the technology used to power up and fly them have been built, patented and are within the grasp of the public, humanity will not progress beyond the cargo cult stage. Global wars over precious resources and the resulting pollution and destruction to the environment will continue and increase. Disease and death tolls in humanity will increase. Animal, plant and insect species will continue to go extinct.

This technology has somehow managed to slip under the radar of virtually every UFO researcher. We do not have to wait for official government disclosure. They did it through granting the patents applied for and have done so for the last 100 years as the technology progressed!

The twenty dollar book, "The Basics," by Luke Fortune, includes a patent entitled "Method and means for producing perpetual motion with high power." This could be adjusted to power a home, run your car, etc. And this is just one that make up the more than three thousand pages of patented technology.

In the quest to produce a free energy device (over unity or "OU"), the most viable and easily understood of such devices are the "collapsing field" technologies.

A simplified explanation is as follows:

In any kind of transformer, electricity is transferred between the two coils by the magnetic field. When a coil is initially powered up or switched off, that coil creates a magnetic field which causes an initial rush of electricity, usually called a 'voltage spike.' In conventional electronics, this voltage spike is suppressed to protect the other components from damage. In collapsing field technology (CFT), that voltage spike is harnessed, not suppressed. Many researchers achieved documented and replicable results of 5% to 10% over unity (1.05 to 1.1 OU, or also described as 105% to 110% return of electricity in the transfer).

Patented technology exists that exploits this principle, as well as technology that allows for a recovery of 99.9% of "used" electricity in any circuit. But mankind will not progress to a state of global advancement by staying in their homes and generating or recycling electricity. Only by incorporation of these exotic propulsion systems into current shipping and travel industries will global progress occur.

We truly believe that the public wants to know about the crafts, so producing educational material has been a priority. The obstacle is exposure.

As far as people having the wherewithal to build a "UFO" vehicle, if you can design and build a tesla coil, you could design and build such a craft. That there are 100 years of patents on electrogravitic craft is mere testimony to the fact that people don't understand the principle -- it is the same patent recurring over and over espousing the same principle over and over.

UFO reporters record numbers of UFO sightings, and these reports are coming from all over the world. 1) The Flying Saucer is a vertical take off and landing vehicle for space flight. The vehicle comprises a metal sphere rotating around a hub to which are affixed four magnetic coils in a circle equidistantly with a fifth coil at the center which is surrounded by a hollow circular glass tube filled with rubidium gas, tube and magnets with axes vertical The inner wall of the tube is made of more dense glass with a phosphor coating, and the top of the tube has a less dense glass outer coating on top of the more dense glass. When an electric motor rotates a vertical column, supported by a bearing at the center of the hub which is attached to the top and bottom of the sphere, the metal sphere rotating around the magnetic coils causes a continuous buildup of electric charge on the sphere and magnetic field, which heats and excites the rubidium gas in the tube so it interacts with the phosphor layer to produce light which is slowed down by the hot rubidium gas; causing a radial Einstein time change over distance, causing increased centrifugal force radially, causing acceleration of sphere rotation, resulting in more mechanical energy than needed to produce the slowed light by the previously mentioned process, with excess energy turning the electric motor as a generator to charge the battery.

2) The present invention relates in general to craft propelled by magnetohydrodynamic effects and methods of propulsion and control thereof, and more particularly to heavier-than-air craft which are propelled by interaction Of magnetic fields upon electrically conductive fluids such as plasma, surrounding the craft.

3) The present invention relates to conversion of energy, and in particular to the use of electrical potentials for producing forces to cause motion of a structure by direct operation of electric fields, thus providing a thrust sufficient for propelling a vehicle.

4) This invention relates generally to propulsion devices, and more particularly to a propulsion device based on plasma acceleration principles and adapted for use in a space environment.

5) The invention relates to the use of the collision of matter and antimatter as a means of propulsion in a spacecraft, to the control system for said engine and to a block diagram of the connections for same, in which all of the functions are divided into modules.

I'm very much into science that goes way beyond the accepted mainstream ideas, and technologies that have been suppressed, read: T Henry Moray's generator, etc. I believe that with the explosion of the internet, the entire foundations of mainstream science will soon be completely ripped out from underneath. I was quite interested in your website until I read the parts that basically say:

"Anyone who took high school shop class and arts/crafts can construct an electrogravitic/fusion/plasma generator/antimatter system/etc"

Please. I mean, it's believable that someone with moderate knowledge of the right areas of science and engineering could construct this. After all, a lot of this suppressed technology is much simpler than say, an F-22 or a nuclear fusion reactor. And not that mainstream scientific knowledge is necessary... or even useful.... in a lot of cases it might even be counter-productive. But to suggest that the highest level of skill needed is found within high-school metals & pottery classes, and maybe the electronics club..... come on.

I've seen various diagrams and outlines for suppressed technologies like negative resistors/radiant energy/over-unity devices/"zero-point energy" theories/etc. And while they are much simpler than much of modern technology, and are easily constructable in a "garage scientist lab", they are not things that any old bloke could understand. These things still require a certain base of scientific knowledge.

Saying that "just about anyone can build it... and for less than the cost of a car!" simply reeks of hype-marketing.

I'm very interested in this type of thing, and am very interested in tracking down and obtaining this type of information. So if you could explain to me why this is NOT simply your way of hyping it up to bring in the $$$$s, I would very much appreciate this. I am very critical when it comes to evaluating this kind of information, but when I do find something that I think is valid, I eagerly pass it on to my circle.

Thanks for writing in!

People have the wrong idea, about many things. For example, when you talk about a nuclear reactor, you are operating under the presumption that nuclear technology is "super-science," above and beyond what the average person is capable of grasping. The fact is that nuclear power uses the same principles as making a pot of tea. Don't believe me? Research it!

Nuclear "fuel" is merely radioactive materials that are trying to ignite like a match as they break down. That ignition is known as "meltdown" or "achieving critical mass." Water is used to keep the temperature down. The nuclear fuel stays hot enough to boil water without reaching meltdown temperature. That boiling water makes steam. The steam turns a turbine, which is hooked to a shaft that spins a magnet surrounded by coils. The steam is the critical part of the electricity generating process of a nuclear power plant. The nulear fuel is not. It could be replaced by burning wood, coal, garbage, or any other fuel that can get hot enough to boil water and make steam.

Electrogravitic and magnetohydrodynamic propulsion are similarly misunderstood. The technology has been around for more than a hundred years, but people still insist that the crafts they see in the sky must come from other worlds. They couldn't possibly be patented technology. Looking at the patent office archives proves otherwise!

So, now we turn to cost. Can a car be built for less than the price of a car? I speak of the $2000 car from India that is prohibited in American markets. It is one-tenth the cost of the averge car in the US. Could a UFO be built for less than the price of a car? Yes it could. It doesn't require all the metal of an internal combustion engine. It could be built with or without inernal combustion. To get the price down of anything requires assembly line production. An assembly plant could churn out EG/MHD UFO craft for less than the price of a new Mustang or Challenger, and still make a killing of a profit.

If anybody can come forward with technological details for an ACTUAL flying craft that Otis T. Carr patented, I will post them. I promise.

But for everyone else asking about Mr. Carr, I do not have any other patents, the patent office has no other patents, nor am I aware of any proof that Carr ever built a UFO. Sorry. There are plenty of stories and no tangible evidence.

Who would deny that what this economy needs is "the next great thing"?

We came out of the republican dark ages known as the Reagan-Bush era, world-weary from the threat of nuclear annihilation.
We needed hope. We needed commerce. We got the Clintons. And what was the Clintons next great thing? The Internet. The internet revolutionized the economy, the way we do business, the world. The internet had been around since the 60's, known as DARPANet.

And here we are again. Another financial dark age, where de-regulation was just a hog-call to the wealthy to exploit the masses at the all-you-can-eat buffet known as the American economy.

So what is the next great thing? What can be done to champion and revolutionize the economy?

UFO technology.

The ability to accelerate commerce from days to minutes. The ability to ship to or from anywhere in the world, same-day --heck, same-hour!

UFO tech can make this a reality.

We have the technology - the patent office proves it!

UFO systems are methods of transportation that far exceed the capabilities of the currently used paradigm of cargo shipment and personnel travel. For the last century, these methods have been available, but have been hidden beneath a mountain of paperwork and filing numbers.

So unfamiliar with the public are these UFO systems that they have erroneously garnered the title of Unidentified Flying Objects. The reality of the matter is that these systems have been restrained from public use over the last 100 years because of Cold War concerns and profit margins of corporations vested in the currently existing technologies.

Now that the Cold War is over, petroleum reserves are reaching critical shortage levels and the earth is repercussing violently from the impacts of global warming, there is little logical opposition to implementing propulsion systems into the current global transport structure that:
1) Produce no greenhouse gases;
2) Are not subject to the chaotic forces of changing weather conditions;
3) Can fly with the certainty and speed that will reduce aerial travel times from hours to minutes, and replace shipping time from days to minutes, in trans-oceanic transportation;
4) Will increase profitability in direct proportion to the referenced speeds listed above.

QUESTIONS:

1) What is the application of UFO systems to the Global Economy?
2) What is the expense of implementation of UFO Systems?
3) What is the history of UFO systems?
4) What research is required before UFO Systems can be Implemented?

ANSWERS:
1) Application of UFO Systems to the Global Economy.

UFO technology can repair the global economy by opening the next great economic expansion. These UFO systems are predominantly public domain material; their use can increase commerce and profit margins with minimal
investment. The increase of commerce can be used to establish global governance by swaying the peoples of the earth to be willing participants in their financial advancement, in the greater picture of improving the quality of life for all by expanding the speed and efficiency of trans-oceanic and trans-national transportation.

In the past, governments and big-money interests have glossed over alerting the public to these technologies because it was much more profitable to encourage dependence on the current system.

But now that the current system is in trouble, with ever more bailouts, skyrocketing fuel costs, and failing revenues, this technology can be integrated into the current system and made much more profitable. Who would fly a regular plane of any type when the craft employing an UFO system is much faster, safer, and more atmospherically stable?
The corporations that rely the most on government subsidies and short supply to increase their corporations' bottom lines now can return to the ideology that improvement in performance can lead to greater profits than reliance on the current failing system.
Convincing corporate heads that implementing technology that increases performance by a factor of 48 times or greater should not prove difficult.

The repercussions of the implementation of these UFO technologies will be felt in the stock market, with graduated recurrent increases as corporate performance improves by the integration of this superior technology into the market. As market performance increases (shorter trip times encourage more flights; produce and other commodities can be delivered same-day for better quality and less spoilage...) and profitability expands, faith in the market will return and stabilize, and the economies of all participating nations shall thrive.

The open use and acceptance of these technologies will repair the global economy by opening the next great economic expansion. Space tourism can become a reality in a much shorter time and a more profitable manifestation. The cruise industries will find great profits in tours around the moon and the outer giants. Material resources need no longer be in short supply as mining the asteroid belt becomes a commonplace event. Oil prospecting on Jupiter’s moons could likewise easily be achieved.
The threat of overpopulation can be eradicated, as the technology to create lunar bases and settlements in other locations of the solar system can be implemented. Transport and shipment of supplies between these settlements and the Earth will be feasible because the speeds achieved are far in excess of currently implemented rocket technologies.

2) Expense of Implementation of UFO Systems.

These UFO Systems will not be deterred by expense. The materials used to construct them are in fact commonplace: copper wire, simple ceramics, and basic frame building that can be accomplished by automobile manufacture plants, airplane construction plants, and shipyards.
The subsystems of propulsion that are categorized for this prospectus can be reduced to the following categories:

1) Plasma Propulsion;
2) Electrogravitic Systems;
3) Magnetohydrodynamic Systems.

In reality the above mentioned systems are so closely interrelated that some persons might say that the sub-divisions are splitting hairs. Be that as it may, the technical requirements for comprehension of functionality are not excessive. It does not require engineers with doctorate degrees to design and build these systems. It has been stated, “If you can design a Tesla Coil, you can build an UFO System craft.”

3) The History of UFO Systems:
The bulk of the numerous patents that have been issued in the United States, Britain, and Canada over the last 100 years for electrogravitic and magnetohydrodynamic propulsion patents are merely rehashes of the same principle of physics—that a high
voltage discharged as impulses can be harnessed to defy gravity and propel at velocities far in excess of those achieved by conventional aircraft.

Thomas Townsend Brown is the most prominent early figure in the recovery of actual data regarding electrogravitic propulsion systems in the United States. While many historians trace the source of the work to his role model and inspiration, Nikola Tesla, Tesla’s secrecy in disclosing data to sources in the West preclude him as a reliable source for hard facts for the purposes of this prospectus. Brown is credited with the discovery that high voltage impulses in a capacitor will cause that capacitor to lurch in the direction of that capacitor’s north pole; this discovery is recognized in physics as the “Biefield-Brown Effect.”
But this discovery does not give a complete enough answer for UFO Systems for our purposes. It is the work of Henry W. Wallace, another important figure in UFO Systems, that completes the feasibility of their integration into the transport paradigm of the global economy.

Wallace discovered that high speed rotation of elements with odd nuclear spin values cause directional movement that is neither centrifugal nor centripetal motion. It appears from the numerous patents on these UFO Systems that elements with odd nuclear spin values increase the propulsive effect regardless of whether the high speed rotation method or the high voltage electrical impulse method of Brown are used.

Through Brown’s work, high speed electrogravitic propulsion is realized, but it is
through Wallace’s work that the ability for a human being to withstand the high-G
maneuvers that UFO Systems (EPS) craft perform is realized. Put simply,
the occupants of the EPS craft are shielded from gravitational and inertial forces.

4) Research Required Before UFO Systems can be Implemented.
Most of the research has been laid out already, as evidenced by the hundred years of patents that recreate the same craft on the same principle of physics. Research and development will consist solely of stress testing the existing craft based on the existing craft plans to determine life spans of the craft involved, and maximum cargo capabilities.

CONCLUSION:
The implementation of this technology, as chronicled by Mr. Fortune, can stimulate the health and expansion of the Global Economy, by encouraging the transnational corporations and world governments to incorporate the use of the UFO Systems for purposes of cargo and personnel transportation to foster growth on an unprecedented scale that can balance the global economy, address global warming, fuel shortage concerns, and over-population issues, while leveling the economic playing field between nations and improving the quality of life for all peoples on this planet.
